To test attribution for real, send yourself a campaign from this account, click a link in
it, and land on this page with the
?mb= parameter intact. The SDK exchanges it
for an HttpOnly cookie, and the next checkout_completed() is
attributed to that campaign.

Clearing these and reloading simulates a first-time visitor. The click cookie survives —
only the server can clear that.

counter above rises with no request going out. Then hit
identify() and watch a
single batch flush, marked as backfilled.
Checkout
checkout_completed() never buffers — it sends whether or not we know who the
buyer is. Sending the same orderId twice is accepted twice and recorded once.
Subscriber fields
set_fields() with no identity and no click cookie is dropped — there is nothing
to attach the fields to.
Failure modes worth seeing
The first two are dropped with a
console.error on your own page. The third is
stored exactly as sent — there is no whitelist — and under debug mode the console names the
documented spelling.
